| Directions: For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Get Regular tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. For best results, drink 1 cup before bedtime. Repeat the next day if needed, not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Not for long-term use in excess of 8 to 10 days. | ||
