Shipping Information
Domestic Shipments:

Shipments from tnvitamins.com to anywhere within the 48 contiguous states are customarily shipped via Federal Express (FedEx), or the US Postal Service (USPS). We charge a standard handling fee of $4.95 per order. We reserve the right to choose shipper. Shipping methods are determined by weight of package and destination. We choose the least expensive service without sacrificing speed of delivery.

U.S. Territories outside the contiguous 48 states will default to standard USPS service for the $4.95 handling fee. Please note that this method will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive. Expedited Air Service to these territories is available through USPS Priority Service for an additional fee. Please see Expedited Domestic Shipments (outside the 48 contiguous states) below.

FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. For faster FedEx service we kindly request you provide a street address with each order, whenever possible.

Please allow 3-10 working days from date of receipt for your order to arrive. Transit time will vary upon shipping method and proximity to our distribution center.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours of our receiving it. Orders received before 12:00 PM are commonly sent that day. Orders received after 12:00 PM may not ship until the next working day. Orders received on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Expedited Domestic Shipments (within the 48 contiguous states):

EXPRESS SERVICE is available for additional fees. You may choose from USPS Priority Service or FedEx 1-Day, or FedEx 2-Day service. Fees for the first 5 lbs are as follows:

USPS Priority 3-Day Service$9.95 (for up to 5 Lbs*)
FedEx 2-Day Service$15.95 (for up to 5 Lbs*)
FedEx 1-Day Service$19.95 (for up to 5 Lbs.*)

PLEASE NOTE: If your order weighs MORE than 5 Lbs; We reserve the rights to add additional shipping fees. Charges will not exceed ACTUAL SHIPMENT COST from the US Postal Service or from FedEx (Federal Express). WE WILL contact you to provide actual shipment costs prior to shipping.

Expedited shipment orders received before 12:00 PM are guaranteed to be sent that day. Orders received after 12:00 PM may not ship until the next working day. Orders received on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Expedited Domestic Shipments (outside the 48 contiguous states):

Shipments to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, APO and AFO, and the US Virgin Islands may be sent US Postal Priority Mail Service for an additional $9.95 for the first 5 lbs (added to standard $4.95 handling fee). This will greatly expedite your order which should arrive within 3-7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order weighs more than 5 Lbs. We reserve the rights to add additional shipping fees. Charges will not exceed ACTUAL SHIPMENT COST from the US Postal Service. WE WILL contact you to provide actual shipment costs prior to shipping.

International Shipments:

To All Countries Including Canada & Mexico

International orders are shipped via Air Mail, which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. All export shipments will be charged the $4.95 standard handling charge plus actual postage fees. Upon receipt of you order we will calculate the notify you of the exact additional charges. We will only charge these fees to your credit card upon your approval and prior to shipment.

We accept US currency only and our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Please note we do not ship to embargoed countries. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from tnvitamins.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Refunds Backorders
Backorders:

On the rare occasion we run out of stock of an item we will issue a back order notice and rush your remaining items to you with no delays. Your order will arrive containing the backorder notice which will clearly indicate the items and quantities owed to you. This system helps insure fast and efficient delivery. Upon receiving the backordered item into our inventories, we will rush you these items completely at our expense.

Returns:

As part of our Money Back Guarantee, we will accept return of any unwanted items and provide a full refund for up to one full year after date of purchase. Please return items along with a brief explanation to:

Lost, Damaged or Errors:

Should there be an error in your order and you have either received the wrong item, or are missing items, and you have not received the appropriate backorder form, or your order arrives damaged, or you believe your order has been lost, you may submit the Contact Customer Service form.
